Annual St. Patrick's Day

March and Celebration

 March 12th

Local 399's (Operating Engineers Hall)  - 2260 Grove St.

Located 1 Block northwest of Archer Avenue and Canal Street.

honoring...Marie Connelly-Owens

The first female Police Officer in the nation, who was assigned to the Chicago Police Department.

  We will have a float in her honor.

Police Officers - Dress uniforms please (the Hall accommodations to change after the Parade). 

Buses will return marchers to the Hall for the Post Parade Celebration.

Entertainment:

• The Pipes and Drums of the Emerald Society/Chicago Police Department
• Music by Barry Fin Fagan and Band.

Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner with all trimmings and beverages (Miller products) will be served.  The Emerald Society Commissary will be available also.

Celebration begins when the last busload of marchers returns to the Hall

from the Parade Route and continues until 6 P.M.

Taxi Cabs will be available at the Hall.

The Holiday Inn Mart Plaza is offering a discounted room rate.
